-A Note on Rabies Vaccines-
Rabies vaccine is one of the safest vaccines to administer; there has never been a recorded case of vaccine induced rabies in a human. However, private interest lobbies have managed to have laws passed that restrict your purchase and use of this much needed vaccine. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL AND STATE LAWS BEFORE ORDERING RABIES VACCINE. Sorry, we cannot ship rabies vaccine to: AK, AL, AR, CA, CT, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, ME, MD, MN, MO, MS, MT, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV and WY. |
-CountrySide Shipping Policy-
Mail Orders: We ship all orders by UPS. We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Missouri residents are subject to sales tax.
Vaccine Orders: We ship vaccines Monday through Wednesday via Second Day Air and via Next Day Air on Thursday. We ship all of our vaccines with ice packs to ensure that they arrive safe for use, even in hot weather. We ask that upon receiving vaccines that you refrigerate them until use. We also offer a styrofoam cooler for a nominal charge.
Returns & Damages: Any merchandise that has apparently been damaged during shipment should be refused or reported to the carrier. NO cash refunds. Exchange or credit with receipt only within 30 days.
Returns may only be honored if they are reported within two working days after receipt. All returns must be pre-approved and special orders may not be refunded. There will be a 10% restocking fee on returned items. |
